How do I place an order?
Click on the "add to your shopping cart" for each item you want to purchase. Click on "review shopping cart" to confirm your purchase. When you are ready to complete your transaction, click on "checkout."

Do I pay tax? 

DISTRICT LANE is situated in New York City. If you live in the State of New York, we are required to charge you your local tax on your purchases. 


How will I know that my transaction has been accepted?

We will immediately e-mail you a confirmation with total amount of charge.


I have a question about a product.

E-mail us at with all product inquiries and special requests. We will answer your questions within 24 hours. 


When is my credit card charged?

When you place the order. If for any reason we are unable to immediately ship your order, we will contact you via e-mail as to the estimated duration and reason for the delay.

Shipping information 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, or on weekend days or on holidays will be processed the next business day.


Free Ground Shipping anywhere in the US

$25 flat fee for Express Shipping

Allow 5-7 days for Ground and 1-2 days for Express shipping.


-International Shipping 

DISTRICT LANE will ship anywhere in the world for a flat fee of $35 per package.

Please allow 1-2 days for shipping arrangements where further verify process is needed.


Gift Wrapping

There is no additional charge for wrapping of gifts. Please email us to request gift-wrapping or special request on your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges


Exchange requests or returns are accepted by mail with the original receipt within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

A prepaid return shipping label is included with each shipment.


If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:


  • Request a return authorization number by emailing
  • You will receive your return authorization number via email within 48 hours of your request.
  • It is important to remember that returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Make sure your name, address and return authorization number are stated clearly on the return address portion of the package.

  • You will receive an email in return with your refund receipt.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition with the price tag attached and accompanied
by the original receipt.


When will a refund appear on my bill?

We will refund your account immediately upon receiving your return. Please note that the refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
